Terms and functions
Each published appointment states the office held, the function exercised, the beginning of the term and its expiry. Abbreviated curricula are published with the consent of the person concerned.
Conflicts of interest
Members of the governing bodies must disclose any financial, familial or institutional interest capable of affecting their judgement, and must abstain from deliberations in which such an interest exists. The full policy is published in the document library.
Public institutional documents
Bylaws, board resolutions and adopted policies are published in the document library with their version, effective date and status.
